It's a paper Link!I downloaded the zipped .jpg, imported it into Word so I could make sure the size was right, then printed it out on card stock. I cut out the pieces with an X-acto knife.
The only glue I could find in the house was carpenter's glue, but since it is a little thicker and sticker than white glue, it worked great. I applied it with a pipe cleaner.
I used a black pen to fill in the white spaces left on the eyes by the seams. It was pretty straightforward to make, taking about two hours to finish.
